Went to Sweet Dreams (Llansamlet) today after calling in another well known bed store. The price difference is massive. We spent ages looking and trying all beds, staff were so helpful and didn’t try and encourage us to buy the most expensive mattress, gave honest advice and was able to explain things fully. We have ordered our mattress with Sweet Dreams, have been given a delivery date and the bonus of taking our old mattress away for free is just perfect! Can not recommend sweet dreams enough we have always bought our beds and mattresses from here and have just purchased a new divanbed , mattress and headboard and it’s second to none and so comfy, customer service in store and delivery service excellent. I got great service from the moment I walked through the door. Friendly and helpful assistant who wasn’t at all pushy and helped me chose the best bed and mattress for by budget. Quick and easy to order and delivery was so much quicker than online retailers that I had seen. Delivery was on the date agreed and had a phone call well in advance to arrange a time. Quality of the bed and mattress is second to none and I have never slept so well. Great service, great price, I would 100% recommend to any friends and family.read more
