Went to Sweet Dreams (Llansamlet) today after calling in another well known bed store. The price difference is massive.... We spent ages looking and trying all beds, staff were so helpful and didn’t try and encourage us to buy the most expensive mattress, gave honest advice and was able to explain things fully. We have ordered our mattress with Sweet Dreams, have been given a delivery date and the bonus of taking our old mattress away for free is just perfect! I got great service from the moment I walked through the door. Friendly and helpful assistant who wasn’t at all pushy... and helped me chose the best bed and mattress for by budget. Quick and easy to order and delivery was so much quicker than online retailers that I had seen. Delivery was on the date agreed and had a phone call well in advance to arrange a time.
