We went to the shop in Skewen to look for bunk beds for our sons bedroom. The lady there was so helpful,and... knowledgeable and she helped us pick the correct mattresses etc. The beds were delivered,and put together by some lovely gentlemen, who were efficient and very polite. So pleased with them and they put them together quickly. They also took away our old single bed and took all the packaging away. Definately be coming back to the shop when we need a new bed.read more

I visited several stores and searched on line for the bed I wanted. I was disappointed as couldn’t find the right... one. I found this store in Swansea by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of beds and furniture. I was also surprised that the sales assistant wasn’t pushy in any way and made several recommendations. I was able to find the bed I wanted and mattress at a very reasonable price. I had the bed and mattress delivered and assembled today. I would highly recommend sweet dreams. The staff are amazing and they delivered a first class customer service. Thank you so muchread more

Help for NHS staff at short notice .I am a Nurse with the NHS and my wife is a care assistant .My wife was tested +ve... for Covid 19 .So we had to self isolate apart. I got great service from the moment I walked through the door. Friendly and helpful assistant who wasn’t at all pushy... and helped me chose the best bed and mattress for by budget. Quick and easy to order and delivery was so much quicker than online retailers that I had seen. Delivery was on the date agreed and had a phone call well in advance to arrange a time. Seen this “Simba” mattress online, can only go test it out in John Lewis but if you order it you get a free 100 day... trial etc.. but will cost you £888.00!! Just for mattress, but I am a firm and stubborn believer of always going to local dealer plus I had my last bed off these guys 10 years ago.. so went in, they had never heard of the Simba but they had an “Mlily” mattress there in their massive showroom which seemed to be exactly like the “Simba” mattress. After a quick google search it turns out they’re from the same factory! I was absolutely chuffed.. I ordered it straight away with the Mlily pillows they were able to do it all for £520 which was much cheaper than online and it was delivered in a week! They also took away my old mattress. Can’t fault these guys.. also the Mlily harmony 3000 is something else! I am very happy and can’t wait to go to bed every night. 5*’s People need to know what’s on their door step! Thanksread more
