After trawling around the usual big bed stores, trying to concentrate with the radio blaring out and 100s of lights blinding us we went to see Nick @ Sweet Dreams. Gentle radio in the background, enough decent light to see, information was given and we were left alone for a good amount of time. No time were we pressured. We loved the first 3 beds we tried but went on to try another 30 “just in case”and bought a mattress, bed & headboard.We should have come here sooner. Don’t be put off by the website, or the building. This place is excellent for good, comfortable beds and we paid £1000 less than the prices we looked at in the big shops!

Bought a double ottoman bed with a stunning ortho mattress from the Swansea branch. From the moment we walked in, there was no hard pressure sales. Nick was brilliant, he was there to give advice, answer our questions and gave us space to choose our bed. Excellent service, delivery, kindness and a really nice relaxing atmosphere. We're about to purchase our son's bed too. Thank you so much.

Great service from Sweet Dreams - I had been let down badly by Bed Xpress/Dreamtime Beds who just shut up shop even though many of us were waiting on delivery and had paid them in full - young lady here was great - no pushy sales talk - they had good offers available (Manager's Specials) on quality all inclusive bed packages for £100 cheaper than what I had previously paid. The bed I chose was delivered to me the next morning free of charge. I would definitely recommend Sweet Dreams, they were extremely helpful after a stressful experience with the previous company

What a lovely shop. Staff really knew what they were on about . I’ve purchased 3 beds, bedroom furniture and mattress covers.I love the fact the shop is not like the larger company shop where it can be embarrassing lying down on all the beds. This store is a smaller store but you feel like you have the place to yourself and can lay down on the beds and not feel uncomfortable. People are watching you.I would highly recommend the Skewen and Llansamlet store.Thank you for making my purchases so easy and delivery was very professional.

Need a mattress urgently, I knew what I wanted, it wasn't in stock but suggested a similar one. I ordered and paid over the phone, delivered within 2 hours, the delivery man carried it upstairs, unwrapped it and placed on bed. Took our old one away. Cant fault service

Ordered a grosvenor mattress from sweet dreams ordering was straight forward, delivery was all sorted out easily ,arrived as promised,am very happy with the mattress so much so I have just ordered a second one

Couldn’t recommend enough! Great choice, great prices and amazing service. Went above and beyond to resolve an issue with the delivery (not caused by them) and we are very happy overall 🙂
