I visited several stores and searched on line for the bed I wanted. I was disappointed as couldn’t find the right... one. I found this store in Swansea by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of beds and furniture. I was also surprised that the sales assistant wasn’t pushy in any way and made several recommendations. I was able to find the bed I wanted and mattress at a very reasonable price. I had the bed and mattress delivered and assembled today. I would highly recommend sweet dreams. The staff are amazing and they delivered a first class customer service. Thank you so muchread more

On my visit to Sweet Dreams bedroom centre I found the staff very friendly and extremely helpful, I'm pleased with the... service provided & my furniture was delivered on the date I had been given even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and it’s the busy Christmas period. Help for NHS staff at short notice .I am a Nurse with the NHS and my wife is a care assistant .My wife was tested +ve... for Covid 19 .So we had to self isolate apart. Delivery on time and the fitters were fantastic... took our old beds and mattress for nothing too which made life so much easier. Very good quality beds at very reasonable prices. Can not recommend sweet dreams enough we have always bought our beds and mattresses from here and have just purchased a... new divanbed , mattress and headboard and it’s second to none and so comfy, customer service in store and delivery service excellent. I got great service from the moment I walked through the door. Friendly and helpful assistant who wasn’t at all pushy... and helped me chose the best bed and mattress for by budget. Quick and easy to order and delivery was so much quicker than online retailers that I had seen. Delivery was on the date agreed and had a phone call well in advance to arrange a time. Quality of the bed and mattress is second to none and I have never slept so well. Great service, great price, I would 100% recommend to any friends and family.read more

Seen this “Simba” mattress online, can only go test it out in John Lewis but if you order it you get a free 100 day... trial etc.. but will cost you £888.00!! Just for mattress, but I am a firm and stubborn believer of always going to local dealer plus I had my last bed off these guys 10 years ago.. so went in, they had never heard of the Simba but they had an “Mlily” mattress there in their massive showroom which seemed to be exactly like the “Simba” mattress. After a quick google search it turns out they’re from the same factory! I was absolutely chuffed.. I ordered it straight away with the Mlily pillows they were able to do it all for £520 which was much cheaper than online and it was delivered in a week! They also took away my old mattress. Can’t fault these guys.. also the Mlily harmony 3000 is something else! I am very happy and can’t wait to go to bed every night. 5*’s People need to know what’s on their door step! Thanksread more
